1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, installing Whyglint Studio or using the software, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software. If you use Whyglint Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

2. Description of Whyglint Studio

Whyglint Studio is a software tool for preparing short-form visual content, coordinating elements such as voice, visuals and subtitles, reviewing completed work and managing publication through supported, user-authorized platforms.

The main application is designed primarily for local use. Individual features may depend on third-party services selected or configured by the user. Features, supported providers and workflows may be added, changed, limited or removed over time.

3. User responsibility for content

You remain responsible for all content you create, upload, process, approve or publish using Whyglint Studio. Before publication, you must review the completed content and metadata and ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, releases and lawful bases.

You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, disclosures and labels; compliance with copyright, privacy, publicity, advertising and consumer-protection rules; and any platform-specific disclosure concerning edited, synthetic or branded content. Whyglint Studio does not guarantee that generated, suggested or retrieved material is accurate, original, available for use or suitable for a particular purpose.

4. Accounts and authorization

You may connect supported third-party accounts only when you are authorized to use them. You are responsible for protecting your device, credentials and account access. Do not share client secrets, API keys or OAuth tokens publicly or commit them to source control.

You may disconnect a supported account locally or revoke access through the platform. You are responsible for reviewing permissions and removing access when it is no longer needed.

5. Third-party services

Whyglint Studio can interact with external services such as social platforms, voice providers, media providers and other user-configured APIs. Those services are independent and governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, limits and technical requirements.

Whyglint Studio does not control and is not responsible for a third party’s service, review decision, moderation action, outage, data practice, API change, account restriction or content decision. Support for a service does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

6. Social platform terms

When publishing or connecting an account, you must comply with the applicable platform’s developer terms, community guidelines, content rules, intellectual-property policies and authorization requirements. You must not use Whyglint Studio to evade an audit, permission boundary, visibility restriction, rate limit or enforcement decision.

Platform access may require separate review, product entitlement, a compatible account, a public media host or a paid API plan. Whyglint Studio does not promise approval, public visibility, distribution, monetization, engagement or any other platform outcome.

7. Intellectual property

Whyglint Studio and its original site content, branding and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. Third-party software and media remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership.

You retain whatever rights you lawfully hold in content you provide. You do not acquire rights to third-party material merely by processing it with the software. These terms do not grant permission to use Whyglint Studio branding in a way that suggests affiliation, endorsement or official partnership.

8. Prohibited use

You must not use Whyglint Studio to:

  • violate applicable law, regulation, court order or third-party rights;
  • publish deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, exploitative or unlawfully harmful content;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent authorization, origin or affiliation;
  • circumvent platform safeguards, access controls, reviews, quotas or technical restrictions;
  • distribute malware, steal credentials or interfere with systems or accounts;
  • use content or services without the permissions and licenses required for that use.

9. Availability and software changes

The software and website may be updated, suspended, changed or discontinued. There is no commitment to uninterrupted availability, continued support for a particular provider or compatibility with every device, operating system, account or API version. Users should maintain appropriate copies of important local work.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Whyglint Studio is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or error-free results. Nothing in the software or website is legal, financial or professional advice.

No guarantee is made regarding content quality, platform acceptance, publication success, audience reach, revenue, monetization or any other result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Whyglint Studio and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of data, content, revenue, opportunity, reputation or account access arising from use of or inability to use the software, website or third-party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

12. Termination and disconnection

You may stop using Whyglint Studio at any time and disconnect linked accounts. Access to third-party services may be suspended or terminated by those providers under their own terms. Where necessary to protect the software, users or others, access to maintained project services may be restricted for prohibited or unlawful use.

Stopping use of Whyglint Studio does not automatically delete content already published to an external platform. Manage that content and revoke access through the relevant platform.

13. Changes to these Terms

These terms may be updated as the software, website or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the current published version. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the software and disconnect linked services.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent using the information on the Contact page. Do not send passwords, API keys, client secrets or OAuth tokens.
